Job description:

Responsible for implementing the Goals and targets for the department in line with the ABP, developing Maintenance standards for the department, developing systems and implementation of the same in the department for long term perspective and planning and implementing of improvement plans for the department to meet its target needs. responsible in ensuring availability and reliability of all units / equipment of the department. Position will be responsible for Overall Electrical Maintenance of  substation and utility Plant, Power plant Control room, to attend breakdown and daily management activities in substation & utility Plant.

 Other Skill :

• Knowledge of 100 KV switchyard eHT Breakers & LT breakers
• Spare planning and indenting, Cost management.
• Execute annual maintenance plan effectively to improve and sustain health of equipment for reliable operation.
• Improve Safety culture and JCC.
• Knowledge of Motors & Transformer Maintenance.
• Knowledge of AC/DC Drives and PLC.
• Regular hands-on experience on shift beak-down attending.
• Knowledge on RCFA, FMEA, SOP etc.
• Hands on experience of Power Plant & Utility  maintenance.
