Job Description: 

  • Get upskilled and certified on behavioral training workshops assigned to you as per timelines and take ownership of the completion of the same Deliver workshops as assigned.
  • The workshops can be assigned for Corporate, US, UK, Australia and New Zealand shift timings hence flexibility is a must Work on projects as assigned and should take complete ownership for end to end execution and meeting timelines.
  • These projects can be stretch assignments over and above the daily role In addition, you will be required to work closely with learning partners, business leaders and HR to drive nominations for workshops, align calendar as per TNI done and ensure 100% adherence to the roadmap Adherence to governance guidelines like DBR, Post training effectiveness activities, tracking self progress, behavioral training etc.
  • Take ownership in getting upskilled on new programs for higher role bands Should be willing to work in shifts and open for travelling is a MUST Should be willing to travel to any of the location facilities for workshops or projects on a daily basis (e.g. Mumbai has 4 facilities, should be able to travel everyday as per need).
