Job description:

 

The primary objective is to promote educational books in the allocated territory to achieve the given annual sales target and coordinating at various levels across the company, schools, distributors & retailers.

Results

  • Visit all potential schools, Booksellers and Distributors in the assigned territory.
  • Create and cater to demand for Graf Alco and Navneet Products
  • Achieve & Exceed Sales targets.
  • Collection of timely payments from distributors
  • Collection of data related to Schools, Booksellers, Distributors and Competitors
  • Daily Reporting on SFAS and formats given from time to time.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Making planned visits to all the schools in the given Territory
  • To Create and cater to the demand: Create demand through effective promotions in existing and new customers. Understand and cater to the requirements of these customers, provide prompt service and build long term relations to ensure continuous growth.
  • Achieve and exceed Sales Targets: Convert Non-user into user and increase the business from the existing users in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Distributor management: Coordinating with distributors for school and bookseller orders. Timely collection of book returns and payments from the distributors and communicate instructions to them received from seniors, head office and management. Provide feedback of the distributor to the reporting manager
  • Data Collection: Collect, maintain and share all relevant data related to Schools, Booksellers, Distributors and competitors in the given formats to the reporting officer and manager.
  • Reporting: Report all day-to-day activities on field to the reporting officer or manager on the given formats and SFAS
  • Coordination: Coordination at all levels that includes schools, booksellers, distributors, depot, managers, head office and management
