Job Description:

• Experienced in Castinsitu Balanced Cantilever Bridge Superstructure construction by Formtraveler method with minimum 6 years experience in relevant job and B.E/BTech/Diploma Civil Engineering.
• Experienced in Marine projects with minimum 3-5 years’ experience for structural engineer/bridge construction works.
• To study the Superstructure drawings for cast in-situ segment, PT strands profile drawing, Prestressing drawings and implementation at site through workforce.
• To extract and arrange for required Labour, Material and Machinery requirement for Superstructure works, Stressing works through Planning and Procurement department
• Responsible for allocation of manpower, resources and extract optimum productivity for achieving yearly, monthly and weekly project targets.
• Responsible for Erection of Form traveler frames with bolded and welded connections, Erection of Shutters & Alignment, Fixing of rebar, HDPE duct profiling and insertion of HT Strands for Stressing.
• To be experienced in Hydraulic jacks’ operation for Stressing of Macalloy bars, Launching of shutters, frames through Hydraulic Jacks.
• Responsible for Stressing works, grouting works after stressing and movement of form travelers to next segment with launching Hydraulic jacks.
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule as per Drawing for Deck slab and fixing of rebar as per required profile through Subcontractor workmen.
• Placing of Cast in-situ segment concrete with required Quality checks and Safety parameters.
• Preparation of Monthly Subcontractor bills for workmen engaged in above mentioned works and timely submission to Planning department for payment process.
• Preparation of Rate analysis for fixing work order rates of above-mentioned works.
• Preparation of all required documentation for Rebar, concrete, formwork, stressing work and getting clearance from site.
• Reconciliation of Materials consumed for above mentioned works and submission of statement to planning department.
